Description

Lead infrastructure automation and cloud architecture design within Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop infrastructure automation for complex security services on Azure.
• Provide architectural input and participate in technical design sessions with application teams.
• Develop code, perform proof of concepts, and maintain existing codebases for bugs and fixes.
• Test CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Interact with stakeholders to resolve or remediate technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in DevOps or Automation.
• Expertise in Azure infrastructure automation, monitoring, configuration, Policy management, and Azure RBAC.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Bash scripting, and PowerShell.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Spring Boot, Spring Security, and REST API services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Git, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Experience with Docker images, Container Registry, and container orchestration on Azure.
• Proven ability to provision SQL and relational databases using IaC.
• Skill in debugging and troubleshooting production issues in Azure environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Nagios, App Insights, and Azure Monitor.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Pivotal Cloud Foundry (Tanzu Application Service) CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automation and policy management in API Management tools like Layer7 API Developer Portal or Azure APIM.
• Experience in Financial Services.
