Description

You will ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of production systems across cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Azure DevOps components, including Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, and Boards, creating YAML pipelines.
• Provide 24x7 on-call production support for critical systems within a rotational shift schedule.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python for operational tasks, deployments, and incident remediation.
• Implement CI/CD best practices, monitoring, alerting, and backup strategies for system reliability.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud fundamentals (VMs, Storage, Networking, Functions, App Services, Key Vault).
• Experience in 24x7 production support and on-call rotations.
• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles related to reliability, availability, and scalability.
• Proficiency in KQL for monitoring, logging, and diagnosing issues using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Experience developing automation using PowerShell and Python.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD implementation.
