Description

You will own the automation and testing lifecycle for web applications, ensuring quality through manual and automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Core Java.
• Create and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and status reporting to QA leads and stakeholders.
• Perform regression testing using both manual techniques and automation scripts.
• Support multiple applications and switch contexts as needed to meet delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Core Java for building robust automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration and Git for version control.
• Deep understanding of STLC/SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools, specifically HP Quality Center.
• Strong ability to analyze requirements and translate them into comprehensive test strategies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting test results and defects.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to performance testing using JMeter.
