Description

Design, build, and configure Azure infrastructure and automation pipelines for production environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain Azure resources including VMs, VNETs, NSGs, storage accounts, and PaaS services.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security via Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and platform issues in a live production setting.
• Implement cloud security controls, governance policies, and automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure core services.
• Strong proficiency in Azure compute, storage, networking, and PaaS offerings.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation workflows.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Bash scripting for infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, governance, and monitoring tools.
• Proven track record supporting production cloud environments and troubleshooting.
• Experience migrating systems to Azure in enterprise or government contexts.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with federal security requirements and compliance standards.
• Experience collaborating with architects and security teams during migration lifecycles.
