Description

You will manage infrastructure deployments, system maintenance, and network device operations within the Azure environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure applications and manage internal operating system upgrades.
• Deploy and maintain network devices including routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Monitor system usage and performance, responding to and resolving incident tickets.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade software used for product development.
• Handle customer service duties and respond to defined requests.

Required Skills

• Deep experience with Azure deployment and migration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for RITM and Change Management.
• Experience with application configuration and system upgrades.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with network device deployment (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience monitoring system performance.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace.
