Description

Design, deploy, and manage Azure IaaS infrastructure solutions, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provision and administer Azure Virtual Machines for Windows and Linux environments.
• Configure Azure networking components including VNets, NSGs, Route Tables, Load Balancers, and VPN Gateways.
• Implement and maintain Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Files, and managed disks.
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, performing root cause analysis for incidents.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall infrastructure administration experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• Strong expertise in Azure Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Security.
• Experience with Azure Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions (Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery).
• Knowledge of Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience managing Windows Server and Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Azure Security Center (Microsoft Defender for Cloud).
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and cloud governance practices.
