Good to Have Skills: Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate, AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert), Azure ExpressRoute, Site-to-Site VPN, Log Analytics, backup solutions, disaster recovery strategies, Windows and Linux server migration experience, storage accounts and disk types management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end migration of on-premises virtual machines to Azure infrastructure.
• Perform Lift & Shift rehost migrations using Azure Migrate tools and methodologies.
• Assess current infrastructure and provide comprehensive migration strategies and recommendations to clients.
• Configure and manage Azure Virtual Machines, storage accounts, and networking components for optimal performance.
• Implement replication and disaster recovery solutions using Azure Site Recovery for business continuity.
• Design and configure networking components including Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups and Load Balancers.
• Establish secure connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and Azure via Site-to-Site VPN and ExpressRoute.
• Perform comprehensive migration validation, testing, and performance tuning activities post-migration to ensure reliability.
• Monitor workloads using Azure monitoring tools and optimize resource utilization for cost effectiveness.
• Implement comprehensive backup and recovery solutions for all migrated workloads and applications.
• Troubleshoot complex migration-related issues and provide timely resolution to minimize business impact.
• Collaborate effectively with application and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth transition during migrations.

Experience Required: 6-8 years of experience with 5+ years focused on cloud infrastructure and Azure platform.

Education: BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT), MCA, MBA (IT), or MSc (IT)
