Description

You will manage and support a global, high-availability Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot Azure services to ensure system reliability and minimal downtime.
• Manage Cloud PC environments, addressing login, performance, and technical issues.
• Perform hands-on SQL Server and database troubleshooting.
• Configure proactive alerting and monitoring using SolarWinds and PRTG.
• Coordinate technical handoffs and communication with US and UK-based teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Azure system engineering and infrastructure management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and database troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Cloud PC environments.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools including SolarWinds and PRTG.
• Ability to work IST hours between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM to support US off-hours.
• Effective communication skills for global team collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.
