Description

You will automate OS and service deployments for Azure DNS infrastructure, including authoritative, recursive, and Linux-based services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate deployments for Azure DNS infrastructure, covering authoritative, recursive, and Linux-based services.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and durability.
• Own components from initial design and dependency management through to implementation and monitoring.
• Develop infrastructure build automation processes to achieve zero-manual-touch deployments.
• Execute deployments, patching, and feature rollouts using health-signal controlled safe deployment methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows automated deployments in large-scale distributed environments.
• Experience with infrastructure and service buildout automation frameworks.
• Strong design and problem-solving skills focused on engineering excellence at scale.
• Knowledge of DNS protocol.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Automation experience on Linux systems and hands-on experience with Linux containers, Docker, or Ansible.
• Experience designing and running fault-tolerant, global-scale infrastructure services.
• Knowledge of No-SQL databases, asynchronous programming models, or large-scale web applications.
