Description

Lead application integration development and manage offshore engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through technical direction and hands-on execution.
• Manage offshore development teams via daily touch-bases during early or late hours.
• Develop and maintain application integrations using Java and Azure services.
• Work independently to solve technical issues as they arise.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application integration development.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Strong proficiency in Java development.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Proven experience leading development teams.
• Ability to work independently in a hands-on capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of webMethods.
