Description

You will own integration development using Azure and Java, leading teams and managing offshore delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and manage offshore resources through daily touch-bases.
• Build and maintain integrations using Azure Integration Services and Kafka.
• Develop Java applications and handle hands-on coding when needed.
• Work independently to resolve technical issues and drive delivery.
• Collaborate with US stakeholders during PST business hours.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application integration development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Strong proficiency in Kafka for messaging and streaming.
• Solid background in Java development.
• Experience leading development teams and managing offshore workers.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex tasks.
• Willingness to adjust working hours to support PST time zone.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAG webMethods.
