Lead integration strategy, architectural design, and technical standards for the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute integration strategy and high-level architectural design.
• Own the end-to-end implementation and development of complex integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and communication for the engineering team.
• Enforce engineering best practices and maintain technical standards across the team.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of extensive experience in enterprise integration technologies.
• Deep proficiency with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Event Grid, and Event Hub.
• Advanced expertise in Azure API Management (APIM).
• Proven experience building REST APIs, message queues, and Pub/Sub systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Git for CI/CD and version control.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform.
• Working knowledge of ACE (Azure Container Apps or similar enterprise integration frameworks).
