Description

Lead the engineering of Azure foundation platforms using Infrastructure-as-Code to support enterprise application deployments.

Responsibilities

• Engineer Azure solutions using Terraform to maintain platform quality and performance.
• Manage Azure connectivity and networking, including Express Route, DNS, IP allocation, traffic routing, NSGs, and Azure Firewall.
• Integrate and manage common cloud services such as IAM, networking, monitoring, operating systems, and containers.
• Own the engineering operating model using Agile and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Lead people through objective setting and performance reviews while providing technical guidance and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in engineering roles, with a proven track record as an Engineering Lead in an enterprise environment.
• Extensive experience with Azure technology services including Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Web, Containers, and Databases.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform, and DevOps principles.
• Proficiency with Azure, Powershell, Monitoring, Java, and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, auditing, and risk management frameworks.
• Proven ability in people management, including performance reviews and team leadership.
• Experience managing stakeholders and communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience working within Agile teams and managing the functional pattern lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience ensuring platform compliance with security, operational risk, and architecture governance standards.
