Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data infrastructure and data processing solutions on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable data infrastructure.
• Develop and deliver large-scale data ingestion, processing, and transformation projects on Azure.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain infrastructure as code, including containerizing server deployments.
• Own and improve the CI/CD pipeline, deploying secure and well-tested software meeting compliance.
• Adhere to and advocate for engineering standards, including unit testing, monitoring, and code review.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency with Azure Cloud services.
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with roles of Data Scientists and Data Managers.
• Ability to collaborate with Software Engineers and Data Engineers.
• Experience designing and maintaining service reliability and SLAs.
• Understanding of secure deployment practices and compliance requirements.
