Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance for scalable .NET and Azure solutions. This role combines hands-on development with team mentorship and stakeholder collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build performant, scalable solutions using Microsoft .NET Core and Azure.
• Develop full-stack applications across persistence, business logic, service layers, frontend, and APIs.
• Write clean, testable, and high-quality code that meets rigorous technical specifications.
• Mentor engineers on software engineering best practices through design and code reviews.
• Lead development from project inception to production, ensuring proactive and predictable delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework (EF Core).
• Proven expertise in developing Web/REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure Functions and the Azure platform.
• Ability to design and implement software across all architectural layers.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with offshore development teams to strengthen delivery capabilities.
• Background in continuous improvement of architecture, tools, and processes.
