Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure using the .NET Core stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build full-stack applications, including persistence, business logic, service layers, frontend, and APIs.
• Own the software development lifecycle from inception and architecture planning through release and production support.
• Lead design and code reviews to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality, value-driven features.
• Mentor engineers and offshore teams on software engineering best practices, code quality, and proactive delivery.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and improve architecture and processes.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience designing and building enterprise software solutions.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Web/REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure components: Azure SQL Database, Blob Storage, App Service, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Queues, and Azure API Management.
• 5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, specifically Git Repositories, pull requests, and deployment pipelines.
• 3+ years developing UI applications using Blazor, Responsive Design, Bootstrap, Modular CSS, and Ajax.
• 3–5 years of technical management experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams.
• Proven ability to apply best practices for re-engineering complex, existing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and balance multiple priorities across diverse teams.
