Description

You will support global operations by resolving complex technical issues across Linux platforms and Azure cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage Operating Systems, Azure IaaS, and PaaS services.
• Conduct in-depth diagnostics on Linux platforms to identify and resolve customer issues.
• Build automation and scripts to streamline troubleshooting and diagnostic activities.
• Collaborate with architects to deploy new capabilities and solutions in customer environments.
• Create technical documentation, including SOPs and TSGs, to support L1/L2 teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience, including at least 2 years as a Linux Azure Cloud Engineer.
• Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Enterprise Linux, SUSE, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
• Strong experience with cluster services, specifically SUSE SAP and RHEL.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Bind, Apache, MySQL, NGINX, NFS, DNS, LDAP, and SAMBA.
• Proficiency in Powershell, Python, Ruby, Bash, YAML, and JSON.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef, and OpenStack.
