Description

You will lead technical service delivery for Azure Machine Learning and enterprise identity solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24x7 operational support and incident response for directory services and M365 tools.
• Define team goals, KPIs, and support metrics to track performance and improve service quality.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical and operational issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of identity and collaboration engineers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of working experience in enterprise identity and collaboration technologies.
• Deep hands-on experience with on-premises and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in Azure Machine Learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
