Description

You will own the technical delivery and operational stability for identity and collaboration services, with a focus on Azure Machine Learning integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24x7 operational support and incident response for directory services and M365 tools.
• Lead and mentor a team of identity and collaboration engineers supporting critical IT services.
• Define team goals, KPIs, and support metrics to track performance and improve service quality.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical and operational issues.
• Maintain ownership of technical service delivery for on-premises and Azure Active Directory.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise identity and collaboration technologies.
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning.
• Technical proficiency in directory services management.
