Description

Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex Azure .NET applications within the HR domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and HR domain workflows into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Lead the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to refine backlogs, plan sprints, and manage scope.
• Analyze system performance, data flows, and integrations to identify improvements and ensure security compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, accurate estimations, and impact analyses for change requests and support projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong technical knowledge in C and ASP.NET.
• Extensive experience with Azure services, specifically Azure Function Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps (YAML, Bicep).
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and database management.
• Deep understanding of HR domain functions, including Payroll, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Time/Attendance, Gratuity, and Workday.
• Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Hands-on experience with both Development and Support projects in large-scale engagements.
• Strong command of Agile development methodologies and ceremonies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BMC Helix and Application Insights for monitoring and support.
• Ability to lead technical teams and solve complex integration issues.
