Description

Lead end-to-end network assessment, planning, and execution of large-scale migrations to Azure and AVS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design hybrid connectivity architectures using Azure ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways, and Virtual WAN.
• Architect network topologies within AVS, establishing Layer 2 extensions (HCX) and Layer 3 routing.
• Deploy Azure native services including VNets, NSGs, and Azure Firewall.
• Automate network provisioning and infrastructure deployment using Terraform.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-tenant network issues across on-premises, Azure, and AVS.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise networking and cloud migration.
• Deep expertise in Azure ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways, and Virtual WAN.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Networks, Hub-Spoke topologies, UDRs, and Peering.
• Specialized knowledge in Azure VMware Solution (AVS) design and management.
• Proficiency with VMware NSX-T network virtualization, overlay networks, and HCX.
• Ability to configure complex routing protocols (BGP) and manage third-party NVAs.
• Experience authoring technical blueprints, low-level designs, and SOPs.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) certification.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP-NV) certification.
