Description

You will provide ongoing support for Azure network changes and migrations, acting as the primary contact for network support requirements within the squad.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create support documentation based on project team handovers using shadowing and reverse shadowing techniques.
• Support migrations from current Hub and Spoke architectures to Secure vWAN hubs in Azure.
• Independently resolve support issues and escalate incidents to vendors until resolution.
• Collaborate with engineers and testers on migration work and Disaster Recovery tests.
• Deploy and support Azure vWAN Hub environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network support.
• Expertise in Azure networking concepts: NSG, VNet peering, UDR, Route Table, Private Link/Endpoint, and Load Balancer.
• Experience building VPNs using Palo Alto Cloud NGFW in Azure with other cloud providers.
• Management of Advanced Threat Protection features on firewalls (Antivirus, URL filtering, etc.).
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code management.
• Familiarity with Azure DNS and ExpressRoute.
• Experience with Azure ADO.
