Description

You will manage and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provision and configure Azure resources including VMs, Storage Accounts, and Virtual Networks.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track service health and optimize for cost and performance.
• Enforce security policies, manage identity and access controls, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code templates to streamline deployments.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and networking components like VPNs and load balancers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud platform administration.
• Deep knowledge of Azure Compute (VMs, AKS, App Services) and Storage (Blob, Azure Files).
• Experience with Azure Networking (VNETs, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, ExpressRoute).
• Proficiency in Identity and Access Management using Azure AD, RBAC, and Managed Identities.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and IaC tools like Terraform or Bicep.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewall fundamentals.
• Experience managing Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, or PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Competency with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Service Health.
• Knowledge of Azure Key Vault, Azure Policy, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and MySQL.
