Good to Have Skills: Knowledge of JAMA platforms, cost and budget management expertise, product adoption and forecasting skills, compliance and security knowledge including data governance and eDiscovery, experience with InfoSec and Legal teams collaboration, performance metrics and KPIs definition, user experience advocacy, and Agile leadership experience as Product Owner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategy and roadmap for Azure platform services and solutions.
• Ensure technology roadmap compliance across all Azure services and implementations.
• Define requirements and prioritize work backlog for Azure platform development initiatives.
• Implement architectural standards within end user device products following security and compliance policies.
• Manage ownership of risks associated with email platforms and Azure services.
• Engage with stakeholders, business units, and clients for product alignment and feedback.
• Oversee vendor governance of outsourced components and managed service providers.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for platform usage and operational efficiency.
• Act as Product Owner in Agile development processes maintaining well-defined backlogs.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and Legal teams to manage regulatory compliance requirements
