Azure Security Engineer

You will secure identity and access management solutions within the Azure ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Azure Active Directory solutions, including app registration, enterprise application setup, and RBAC.
• Configure and troubleshoot authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Deploy Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and conditional access policies.
• Monitor security via Azure Sentinel, creating alerts and developing automation scripts for incident response.
• Maintain identity governance frameworks and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for elevated access.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience implementing security solutions on Azure.
• Deep knowledge of Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, and IAM processes.
• Hands-on experience with MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
• Proficiency in authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Experience using Azure Sentinel for monitoring and alerting.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and DevOps integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM-related issues.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Security Engineer Associate certification.
