Description

You will manage Azure infrastructure, resolve connectivity issues, and ensure server stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot medium to complex connectivity and server performance problems.
• Manage Azure Kubernetes usage and resolve related technical issues.
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure system stability.
• Resolve server availability issues using standard operating procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis on connection issues and manage customer communications regarding resolutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes.
• Experience with Prestos Admin.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity and server performance issues.
• Experience performing root cause analysis for network and server problems.
• Experience monitoring KPIs to maintain infrastructure health.
• Ability to manage technical communications with customers and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate with vendor teams to implement best practices and resolve escalated issues.
