Description

You will manage and optimize database environments within Azure SQL, ensuring high availability and performance for critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, triggers, and indexes.
• Monitor SQL health metrics and generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
• Manage database-related scripts and DB packages for code review and deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams to coordinate and execute database deployments.
• Perform system performance optimization and tuning to resolve bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database management and development.
• Mastery of Azure SQL database architecture and services.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning and system performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Query Languages (T-SQL).
• Experience working in cloud computing environments.
• Proven ability in SQL health monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated deployment pipelines for database scripts.
