Description

Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for SQL and Azure environments. Own the stability and performance of database infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to SQL and Azure databases.
• Implement and configure Azure and SQL infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventive measures.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
• Communicate technical solutions and best practices to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or SQL and Azure DBA roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, and Azure Storage.
• Proficiency in SQL and Database Administration.
• Expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing.
• Knowledge of SQL Clustering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills for critical problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator or Azure Developer.
