Description

You will manage and maintain SQL Server and Azure SQL environments.

Responsibilities

• Provision new Azure SQL databases.
• Execute backup and restore operations for Azure SQL databases.
• Configure and maintain SQL Server systems within Azure environments.
• Perform real-time troubleshooting and correction of database issues.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of IT experience.
• Hands-on experience managing SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery for data and application availability.
• Ability to modernize applications using Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Proficiency in performance monitoring using tools like Azure Monitor to identify bottlenecks.
• Hands-on experience with database migrations.
• Experience working with portfolio/fund accounting systems like Investran.
• SQL Server and Azure Sql proficiency.
• Any Graduate education.

• Automate common data management tasks using scripting languages.
