Provide technical support for Microsoft Power Platform and manage Azure-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot functional issues within Power Apps applications.
• Elicit requirements from non-technical individuals and development teams.
• Author, edit, and present technical documentation.
• Manage workloads across multiple concurrent projects.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft M365 and Azure.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering support solutions in leadership roles.
• Experience performing work on large consulting projects.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior team members.
