Description

You will manage and resolve complex Azure-specific incidents while maintaining platform stability. You troubleshoot issues across VMs, App Services, Networking, Storage, and AAD within defined SLAs. You execute maintenance tasks including patching, updates, and configuration management. You automate routine operations using Azure Automation and PowerShell. You enforce security policies and uphold Azure security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure incidents involving VMs, App Services, Networking, Storage, and AAD within defined SLAs.
• Manage incident tickets from initial response through resolution while communicating with stakeholders.
• Execute maintenance tasks, including patching, updates, and configuration management.
• Automate routine tasks using Azure Automation and PowerShell scripting.
• Enforce security policies and uphold Azure security best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in cloud operations specifically with Azure technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services including Networking and Storage.
• Proficiency with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Familiarity with Cloud-friendly OS systems administration and scripting languages.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud-specific infrastructure issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Azure Cost Management and optimization.
• Security certifications such as AZ-500.
