Description

You will lead technical delivery and production support for Azure-based data platforms, owning the release pipeline and ensuring system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams in a hands-on capacity, troubleshooting alongside engineers to resolve complex issues.
• Build and maintain medium to high-complexity data pipelines for Enterprise Data Hubs using ADF, Databricks, and dbt.
• Manage Azure Data platforms for production support and forward development, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Direct offshore L2 and 24/7 support teams, managing incident triage, defect fixes, and RCCA processes.
• Participate in architecture discussions to provide technical value and manage client stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the Azure technology stack, including 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse SQL architecture.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing and scripting.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines within Azure frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Data Hub architecture, including mirror, transformation, and reporting layers.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and Log Analytics.
• Proven track record in end-to-end Data Warehousing and BI design/development.
• Experience managing offshore teams and production support lifecycles.
