Description

You will lead the design and implementation of complex technical services and system-level architectures within an Azure environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL processes using Azure Data Factory.
• Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and optimize database performance through query tuning and index management.
• Plan and implement event-driven and microservices architectures using Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Event Hubs.
• Gather requirements from onsite business teams and document technical specifications for offshore development teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate customer goals into functional services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory and ETL process development.
• Proficiency in MS SQL/PL-SQL and Oracle relational databases.
• Experience with Azure computing services including App Services, Event Grid, API Management, and Azure Storage.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, including development and testing using Swagger and Postman.
• Hands-on experience with database optimization, including tables, views, and query speed tuning.
• Competency with file transfer protocols using tools like FileZilla (SFTP).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Wealth Management concepts and data types such as positions, tax lots, and transactions.
