Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of Azure solutions.
• Apply Agile and Scrum principles throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive technical decisions and architectural direction for Azure-based projects.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality code and system reliability.
• Mentor team members on Azure best practices and engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant working experience in software engineering.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Azure services and architecture.
• Demonstrated Scrum Master skills and Agile methodology experience.
• Strong background in technical implementation and design.
• Ability to lead technical efforts in an on-site setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading teams in complex cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of Azure security and compliance frameworks.
