Azure Technical Lead

You will lead a team of cloud engineers in designing, managing, and optimizing scalable Azure infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage a team of cloud engineers through architecture reviews, code reviews, and training sessions.
• Design and manage scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure and automation tooling for routine operations.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Azure resources to ensure reliability and performance.
• Optimize cloud costs and resource usage to achieve efficiency.
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure deployments meet security controls and cloud computing best practices.
• Investigate cloud usage, risks, and limitations to recommend remediations and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure across cross-platform technology areas.
• 5+ years of experience building, deploying, and managing public cloud IaaS and PaaS services.
• Expertise in Azure cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience building automated cloud infrastructure across production and non-production environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation for builds, workflows, and integration tasks.
• Strong administration skills in both Linux and Microsoft Windows server environments.
• Ability to document cloud services and toolsets according to best practices.
