Role Overview:

This role involves working as a Technical Lead with expertise in Microsoft Azure, DevOps, and Microsoft SQL Server 2019.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve application issues/bug fixes
• Prioritize and assign incidents based on business impact
• Investigate recurring issues and bring permanent resolution
• Perform 5-Why Root Cause Analysis
• Optimize code/queries to enhance efficiency
• Maintain knowledge repository documents
• Schedule meetings with the team to share knowledge
• Analyze functional/technical requirements
• Define technical architecture and create detailed technical design specifications
