Description

Lead Cloud Operations and Support teams while managing technical delivery and stakeholder expectations in McKinney, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud Operations and Support teams, owning deliverables such as RCAs, bug fixes, reports, and minor enhancements.
• Drive technical solutions for inflight issues and act as the single point of contact for customer and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project execution including resource planning, effort estimation, requirement conversion to user stories, and invoice management.
• Oversee project governance by tracking burn rates, reporting status, and leading daily scrum and weekly/monthly governance calls.
• Guide team members through technical troubleshooting and infrastructure automation tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical leadership or management roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Operations and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) projects.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure and application deployment automation.
• Direct experience with Azure services, including RDS.
• Technical knowledge of Ansible, SQL, Tomcat, and WebLogic.
• Experience in stakeholder management and project management.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong background in resource planning and delivery governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing project burn rates and executing course corrections.
