Description

Lead operational acceptance testing and validation for Azure cloud services, focusing on backup, recovery, and resilience solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) and operational readiness validation for Azure services.
• Review and validate playbooks, runbooks, and operational procedures to ensure reliability.
• Challenge vendor testing results constructively and manage third-party backup solution integration.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver clear reporting on testing status and risks.
• Apply risk-based testing and governance models to enterprise QA processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in test management roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Proven track record in Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT).
• Deep understanding of Azure backup, recovery, and resilience concepts.
• Experience reviewing technical operational documentation (playbooks/runbooks).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Disaster Recovery, Cyber Resilience, and Service Management frameworks.
• Familiarity with SaaS-based third-party backup tools.
