Description

You will design, implement, and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable, secure AVD architectures including host pools and session hosts.
• Lead migration efforts from on-premises or alternative VDI platforms to Azure.
• Configure session hosts, profiles, app groups, and user experience settings.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning and scaling using PowerShell and Terraform.
• Monitor performance and availability using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or end-user computing.
• 2+ years of focused experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or similar VDI platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with AVD architecture, including MSIX app attach.
• Proficiency with Windows 365 and Microsoft Azure Services.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Ability to tune performance using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
