Description

You will manage and support the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and SCCM environments within an enterprise End User Computing framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Azure Virtual Desktop environment, including image creation, VM deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Develop automated solutions for software deployment, application patching, and workstation imaging.
• Maintain desktop images and modify SCCM task sequences to support global standard models.
• Provide level 3 escalation support, performing root cause and preventative analysis for complex technical issues.
• Engineer endpoint security protection and manage Microsoft and third-party patch deployments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total work experience with a focus on desktop support in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Intune solutions.
• 5 years of experience administering and deploying software using SCCM in a global environment.
• Expertise in SCCM administration, patch management, imaging, and automation.
• Deep proficiency in Windows 7/10, Active Directory structures, and Group Policy management.
• Experience with application packaging and testing using InstallShield or equivalent tools.
• Expertise in endpoint protection engineering and managing alerts via CyberArk.
• Knowledge of MSI, scripting, and managing PXE environments using 1E products.
• Basic database administration experience, specifically with SQL Server.
