Description

You will lead the implementation of AVS environments and manage the transition of workloads to the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Azure VMware Solution (AVS) environment.
• Plan and execute VMware workload migrations from on-premises to Azure.
• Minimize disruption and downtime during the migration process.
• Provide post-migration support and optimize system performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in virtualization and cloud migration.
• Expertise in VMware vSphere and vCenter.
• Hands-on experience with VMware HCX.
• Proficiency with Azure Migrate and cloud assessment tools.
• Experience setting up and integrating networks between on-premises and AVS.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security practices during migrations.
• Practical experience working with AVS.
