Description

Lead the implementation of Azure VMware Solution (AVS) environments and manage the transition of on-premises workloads to the cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Azure VMware Solution (AVS) environments.
• Plan and execute VMware workload migrations from on-premises data centers to Azure.
• Minimize disruption and downtime during the migration process.
• Provide post-migration support and optimize system performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in virtualization and cloud migration.
• Expertise in VMware vSphere and vCenter.
• Hands-on experience with VMware HCX.
• Proficiency with Azure Migrate and cloud assessment tools.
• Experience setting up and integrating networks between on-premises environments and AVS.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security practices during migrations.
• Practical experience working with AVS.
