Description

You provide L1/L2 production support for Azure-based enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve production issues across Azure services including Function Apps, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, Application Insights, Synapse, and Cosmos DB.
• Handle Dead Letter Queues (DLQs), perform message replay in Service Bus, and troubleshoot message delivery issues.
• Manage DevOps pipeline issues, re-run failed deployments, and maintain CI/CD pipeline health.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), document findings, and implement permanent fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support for mission-critical applications, ideally 24x7.
• Hands-on experience with .NET and C# for configuration updates and minor fixes.
• Proficiency with Azure services: Function Apps, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, Application Insights, Synapse, and Cosmos DB.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Application Insights for proactive issue detection.
• Ability to troubleshoot Power BI gateway and configuration errors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly identify root causes.
• Awareness of ITIL framework and structured support processes.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to write queries for Cosmos DB and Synapse Data Warehouse.
• Experience troubleshooting pipeline failures using KSQL.
