Description

Lead the delivery of B2C IT projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles by developing plans, allocating resources, and tracking KPIs and deliveries.
• Lead stakeholder management by collaborating with business teams, IT departments, and third-party vendors.
• Own the RAID process by proactively identifying risks, creating mitigation plans, and tracking dependencies through to closure.
• Oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure the reliability of B2C IT solutions.
• Direct budget and resource management to ensure cost control and optimal utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management and leadership.
• Proven experience delivering OSS software projects.
• Deep understanding of BSS systems, including billing, CRM, order management, fulfilment, and integration.
• Hands-on development experience with Java, Python, and SQL platforms.
• Experience working within agile development cycles.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage complex change management plans and project documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Ensuring all project activities comply with regulatory and security standards including GDPR and ISO.
