Description
You will act as a functional analyst within the Automation Squad, focusing on chatbot and textmining implementations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements for Conversational AI and chatbot implementations.
- Bridge functional needs between automation processes and technical solutions.
- Evaluate automation opportunities involving RPA, IDP, and IVR.
- Support the automation squad in delivering functional specifications for robotization projects.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in functional analysis or similar roles.
- Deep expertise in Conversational AI and Chatbot utilities.
- Functional knowledge of RPA, IDP, and IVR technologies.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in either Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other.
- Degree in any field of study.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of energy utilities and MIG6.
