Description

Act as a Business Analyst supporting the Fenergo KYC tool rollout, gathering requirements and driving project execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from key stakeholders to produce detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Work closely with development and integration teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Drive projects forward by maintaining organization and clear communication.
• Manage workflows and tasks using Jira within an Agile scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience specifically within the KYC space.
• Deep understanding of KYC processes and periodic reviews.
• Proven experience in the banking domain.
• Strong expertise in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Practical knowledge of Agile scrum methodologies.
• Ability to drive projects and interface effectively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with the Fenergo tool.
