Description

Lead business analysis activities for the IE&E Common Portal PMO, overseeing requirements definition, implementation, and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four business analysts to ensure requirements are clearly defined and fully implemented.
• Lead gap analysis and the development of cross-agency workflows.
• Facilitate JAD workshops with SMEs, developers, and testers to analyze business processes and policies.
• Develop and review Business Requirements Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM), and test cases.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, QA, PMO, and technical development teams.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of IT applications experience as a Functional Lead.
• 3 years of experience supporting benefits management program eligibility processes.
• Working knowledge of Agile SDLC processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Experience in requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation phases.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality project plan deliverables within set timelines.
