Description

You will coordinate between business stakeholders and IT teams to manage application development projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through direct stakeholder engagement.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and task management for Java application projects.
• Facilitate scrum meetings and train stakeholders on agile/scrum frameworks.
• Coordinate testing and release events while providing status updates to executives.
• Track and report project status to management to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in applications systems using SDLC methodology.
• At least 3 years of experience leading and managing Information Technology projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of systems analysis, design, programming processes, and testing.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, development, and testing coordination.
• Proven ability in group facilitation, conflict resolution, and technical troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Experience managing personnel in COBOL, JCL, CICS, MVS, and DB2.
