Description

Build and maintain core backend services for financial products using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Develop event-driven architectures using messaging buses like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Write clean, testable code following TDD and SOLID principles.
• Deliver core product features with a focus on engineering excellence.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Deep expertise in microservices patterns and REST API design.
• Experience with messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Strong commitment to TDD, SOLID principles, and clean code.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in core product development (not support/maintenance).
• Prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain.
