Description

You will develop, maintain, and enhance backend services in an agile environment using two-week sprints.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data using Databricks, Python, and SQL to identify required changes.
• Implement core fixes, code changes, and feature enhancements.
• Maintain and support existing REST APIs.
• Manage code changes through Jenkins pipelines.
• Address production incidents and support tasks based on team priorities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a backend engineer.
• Strong experience with Java 9 and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Spring MVC.
• Extensive experience writing SQL queries and working with Azure SQL DB.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically CosmosDB.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Service Bus and Azure SQL.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Python and Databricks for data analysis.
• Understanding of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing production support.
